About Me
I spent the majority of my life overweight and uncomfortable in my body. I would be out of breath doing every day activities. When I was in college, I decided to change that reality and began to teach myself the basic things I needed to know about nutrition and fitness. After a couple years of ups and downs, I lost 50 pounds. I decided I wanted to share my knowledge, experience, and success with other people. There is not one definition of fit. I love guiding my clients through workouts designed for their body, seeing their self-confidence grow, and sharing in the joy they feel when their hard work changes their lives.
I began as a manager for the LA Fitness personal training department before deciding I wanted to work more closely with clients. I acquired my private training certification in 2017 and worked for Golds Gym as a personal fitness coach. In 2018, I decided to take my business private and have been coaching, consulting and working with my clients to meet all their personal health and fitness goals.
