I've been training with Rachel for over a year. She makes an effort to address my specific workout needs and keep track of all the exercises we do so that I have a list of workouts to pull from on my own time. This is the absolute best trainer in LA. Rachel does a great job at keeping me accountable outside of our sessions while making sure our sessions are difficult, focus on muscle growth and most importantly fun.
